Miniature Monday - Red Shirts and Big Rats

It's been an incredibly busy week here at Faceless Publishing, and we've got some exciting announcements for you. Firstly, we've continued to print Trinity: Battleground miniatures, as well as our first batch of custom 3D-printed bases, for sale at CanGames this weekend! If you're in the Ottawa area, make sure to stop by, pick up whichever miniatures you think look coolest, try out a demo, and chat with us about our ongoing projects.
Secondly, we're thrilled to announce that the Red Shirt Games line of skirmish wargames are now available on our webstore! We'll be adding bundles next week after CanGames that collect all the rulebooks for each game at a discounted price, as well as uploading the token sets and other supporting documents, but the product pages are open for you to learn more about these fun, fast-playing skirmish games.

Lastly, and certainly not leastly, last week we promised a reveal of a larger rat than the broodlings we've been showing off for the last few weeks. Well, here he is! The second of the three Goth Rat Hulkers was known as Nnng on his original release. Unlike Trophy, who we introduced a while back as the Goth Rat Mutie, and the third Hulker we'll be showing off in a few weeks, Nnng eschewed a two-handed heavy weapon for a massive pistol and gnarled, armoured claw.

While he shares the makeshift (dare we say "ratty?") clothing of his smaller cousins, this Goth Rat's huge gun and massive stature makes him literally stand out from the rest. However, his most unique feature is the strange growths sticking out of his left arm and back. These horn-like shapes suggest he's a little more mutated than the rest of his kin, and invite gamers to paint them in any range of colours. Of course, if you'd prefer to have a more basic rat-man, a few minutes of work with a hobby knife can un-mutate him in a hurry. When it comes time for the release, we'll also consider offering a non-mutated version, for gamers who prefer their humanoid goth/punk rats to look a little less bizarre.
There won't be a Miniature Monday next week, as we'll be using the holiday to recover from a busy convention weekend, but we'll return the week after with another CanGames after-action report.
