The Orx Brawl Their Way into Injurius Games

Space Orx is a supplement for Injurius Games, and adds the ferocious Orx as another squad option. Any player can choose to play Orx instead of the regular Injurius Games squad, replacing the common power-armored Legionnaires with five rough-and-tumble brutes looking for a good fight. Each Orx squad consists of:

·       The Lieutenant: A fearsome front-line leader carrying an inaccurate gyrojet pistol and a deadly razorback sword.

·       The Sergeant: A secondary leader and melee specialist, armed with a gyrojet pistol and brutal entrenching tool.

·       The Chain Gunner: A walking pillar of firepower hefting a terrifying gatling laser.

·       The Grenadier: An explosives expert with a satchel of grenades and a laser rifle as backup.

·       The Rifleman: A generalist with a laser rifle, a bag of grenades, and the potential to gain all manner of useful skills.

What does Space Orx Bring to the Table?

Orx are brutal combatants who are never happier than when in the thick of combat. They may have primitive equipment and more direct tactics, but their brute strength and sheer tenacity allow them to overpower more “sophisticated” opponents. This brings with it a number of advantages, weaknesses, and special rules that make playing them very different than other squads.

·       Command Points: Both Lieutenants and Sergeants always roll a full D12 for command points, and can assist each other in relaying important orders.

·       Legendary Toughness: Orx are shockingly resilient. They have fifty percent more hit points than human gladiators, can ignore one level of wound penalties, and can even keep fighting when reduced to negative hit points.

·       Inhuman Ferocity: Orx are ferocious combatants who are faster and more skilled in melee than their human counterparts. In addition, Orx who are wounded in melee can fly into a bloodthirsty frenzy, making them even more dangerous.

·       Unique Power-Up Table: Orx bring their own unique collection of power-ups to the arena.

·       Advanced Rules: Space Orx also contains the Time on Target, Hatred, and Multiple Attack rules from Meck Wars, in case any of the mechanical killers dare to show their face around the Orx.

·       Autohit Rules: This optional rule is made for players who find even Injurious Games battles aren’t bloody enough. When using these rules, every direct attack hits its target. However, shots that would normally have missed deal reduced damage.
