McGowen is a Tier 1 Psion with Telekinetic Psi powers. He carries a Spider Harness for both offence and defence, and can use Tow to throw off the aim of anyone attacking him.
The miniatures for Trinity: Battleground were sculpted in 28mm heroic scale by the legendary Bob Naismith.
