Williams is a Tier 2 Psion with Pyrokinetic Psi powers. He is armed with vicious steel Claws, and wears a protective Bioweave Vest. His Plasma Control deals high damage over a wide area, while Heatburn damage single targets while costing fewer Psi Points.
The miniatures for Trinity: Battleground were sculpted in 28mm heroic scale by the legendary Bob Naismith.
