Trinity: Battleground is Resurrected!

The day is finally here! Through the dedication of the Faceless Publishing staff and the techno-magic of 3d scanning, a dead game lives once more! After spending more than 25 years out of production, Trinity: Battleground is available again!

We've successfully scanned all 34 Trinity: Battleground miniatures, along with the rulebook, stat cards, cut-and-fold terrain, and every other component that was ever released for the game, creating a complete digital archive. It's all now available right here on our webstore, as well as through MyMiniFactory and Wargame Vault. Everything is in digital format for now, but in the new year we plan to make physical versions of the miniatures available as well. We'd like to thank Onyx Path Publishing for entrusting us with the license and working with us to preserve and re-release this piece of gaming history. About the Game:

Trinity: Battleground is a 28mm miniature wargame where players build a small force of Aberrants or Psions and fight through a range of exciting scenarios on the tabletop. The game was originally released in 1998 by White Wolf Publishing, and is based on the Storyteller game system used in the linked Trinity Roleplaying game. Players can use the included character creation rules to make their own custom units for truly unlimited gameplay!

And why are these two factions fighting, you might ask?

The war to save humanity has begun!

The late 20th century witnessed the terrifying birth of the Aberrants. These mutant humans possessed terrible psionic powers and caused unmatched devastation across the globe before finally being banished to the depths of space. Now, in 2120, they have returned in new and twisted forms to take revenge on Earth and her nascent space colonies. However, humanity is not defenceless! Psions, disciplined and courageous heroes endowed with their own psychic powers, stand as mankind's last line of defence. Choose your side as the monstrous Aberrants or heroic Psions and join the war to determine humanity's future!

What's next for Faceless Publishing?

Now that this project is complete and the game is once more available, it is time to turn our attention to the next project. As previously announced, our next tabletop project is adding the Red Shirt Games product line to our webstore, and completing digitization of the Shock Force Goth Rats miniature line. While that's going on, work will also be underway on the next novel in The Age of Entropy series. If you haven't picked up your copy of the first two books, now's the perfect time! Besides all that, we'll continue scouting for new games to resurrect, and other projects may appear as well. 2026 is shaping up to be a very exciting year!
