Miniature Monday - Updates, News, and our Smallest Team Member

It's Miniature Monday once again, and we have plenty of updates and some promising news for you, as well as a reveal of the smallest member of the Faceless Publishing team.

Work continues on Trinity: Battleground. Editing the cardboard components has taken longer than expected, but they are nearly finished. After that comes test prints to make sure everything is aligned properly, and then the files can be sent off to Onyx Path for approval. We expect that to happen by the end of this week. Similarly, we've heard back from our partner who is working on the miniature corrections. He explained the recent delay was due to a family emergency, and that the last miniature edits should be finished shortly. If all goes according to plan, everything will be out for review by the time of our next blog post. We are still hopeful the game will be re-released this month, and will keep you all updated as each step is completed.

A few weeks ago, we announced that most of the miniatures for the Red Shirt Games wargames we acquired recently went out of production. Fortunately, we have some good news. RAFM's entire miniature collection RAFM has been acquired by Ral Partha Legacy. They are currently very busy with the Herculean task of shipping 5,000 molds to their facility and tooling up production, but they're happy to discuss an agreement with us once things have settled down. We're looking forward to our discussion with them, and hope to find a way to ensure Red Shirt Games players can get the miniatures they need affordably and easily. We'll keep you all informed about how things are progressing on that front.

As a fun bonus, I'd like to introduce the smallest member of the Faceless Publishing team. This is Tess, a.k.a Testament, Mr. Tess, and about a dozen other titles. This valued member of our team serves as a sounding board for our crazier idea and is quick to make his opinions known on any topic. When he isn't providing that valuable service, he keeps an eye on things and makes sure everyone is doing their best work. We were hoping he'd be able to help out as a proof-reader, but unfortunately his skills in that department are still rudimentary. I'd like to say that he works for peanuts, but he much prefers almonds and snap peas.
That's all for this week, but we hope for next week's post to be filled with exciting news.
